This was my first time taking my beloved car to This shop and I am very impressed. They came highly recommended from a friend. They were very professional. I took it in for a routine oil change and they did a nice 17 point check up at no additional charge and found that I had a brake fluid service coming up and so I went ahead and did that. They gave me some recommendations so that I could plan for some things that are regular maintenance. I appreciate the heads up with an estimate and will definitely be going back to them for these items. It feels great to have a new mechanic that I trust!

First experience with NRP was wonderful. Great communication, fair pricing, quick scheduling, and know their stuff. They diagnosed my issue quickly and repaired it at a fair price, which is all you can ask for! Guys in the shop are super chill and, given the scope of my future build, won’t be the last time I visit them!

I drove three hours to have my BMW 840’s DME unlocked and a Stage 1 tune installed, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Jaden was my sales advisor, and he was outstanding from start to finish. I’m always a little cautious when dealing with performance shops, but these guys were some of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with. Their pricing was upfront, there were no surprises, and they did exactly what they promised. I arrived for my appointment, checked the car in, and walked over to Starbucks for a coffee. By the time I finished my phone calls and coffee, my car was ready to go. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Before I left, Jaden took the time to walk me through the MHD tune, explaining how to reflash the car and adjust the settings myself if I wanted to. As soon as I got home, I was able to make a few changes, including adjusting the exhaust burble settings and a few other options. He made sure I understood everything before I left. I’m from the Hampton Roads area, and the performance shops I contacted around Virginia Beach were either rude, condescending, or simply couldn’t unlock my computer. Making the drive was one of the best decisions I could have made. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive back again for future upgrades. In fact, I’m already considering returning for a downpipe and Stage 2. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, professional shop that stands behind its work, I highly recommend them, even if you have to travel a few hours to get there.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I had a AWE switchpath exhaust and mid pipes installed on my G80 and they took care of it without issue. We got an appointment booked right away and the install came out perfect. They were really patient with me, took great care of my car and answered all my questions. These guys know their craft. I won’t go anywhere else.

After a single experience with NRP, I consider them a shop that is professional, trustworthy, and very competent in their work. I recently picked up a higher-mileage E91, and while the PPI was overall reassuring, about two months into ownership it developed a transfer case leak. NRP was very responsive in not only getting me in and addressing said leak, but also looking over the remainder of the car quite thoroughly and working with me to game-plan potential issues that may be coming down the pike. They answered all my questions, do great work, and their prices are comparable to other speciality Indy shops I’ve used in the Triangle. If you have a BMW and are in the area, I don’t think you can go wrong coming here.

Never had a mechanic this honest. Set up $2k in work and dropped my car off. Got a car a couple hours later that the work the last shop said I needed was needed and part was just loose. They tightened it and said we’re not charging you $2000. Just the $200 for apt. Never seen anything like it. Goes without saying this is my car’s and any future BMWs new home. Thank you guys so much. It’s very nice to know there is still good and honest people out there. Can’t thank yall enough, especially Harrison.
